“Teas of Hope” Afternoon Tea

To honour the spirit of giving, The Repulse Bay invites dining guests to enjoy a splendid “Teas of Hope” festive afternoon tea featuring an exclusive menu of festive delights.

The line-up of delicate savouries includes such indulgences as Applewood Smoked Salmon Tartare Tea Sandwich Roulade, Alaskan Crab and Roma Tomato Tart with Keta Caviar, and Yellow Chicken Supreme Brioche with Herbed Mayonnaise. Luscious sweets include Mango Mousse Cake with Passionfruit Cremeux, Meyer Lemon Cream Puff, and more. It wouldn’t be a Verandah tea without its legendary scones alongside a dollop of clotted cream and jam.

When guests enjoy any festive afternoon tea, HK$40 from each will be donated to St James’ Settlement, a local charity that helps children, teenagers, the elderly and people with disabilities.
