THE ART OF TEA

In 1920, The Repulse Bay Hotel's afternoon tea offered a moment of respite in the middle of the busy day in which to relax and recharge. Today, it remains a highlight of a visit to The Repulse Bay, inviting guests to unwind with a sip of tea and a delicate snack that's authentic to the meal's origins.

FROM LUNCH TO BRUNCH

By the 1960s, The Verandah was known for its Sunday lunch buffets, where Swiss chefs showcased their skills. This Hong Kong buffet lives on as Sunday brunch, with unlimited fresh seafood and appetisers accompanying an ever-changing selection of main courses and desserts.

NOSTALGIC ELEGANCE

Faithful to the famed restaurant from the Repulse Bay Hotel, The Verandah at The Repulse Bay captures the grandeur of the 1920s with dark French doors, arched teak windows, striped canvas awnings and gently spinning ceiling fans to circulate ocean breezes.

A PLACE FOR INTIMATE GATHERINGS

The warmth and charm of the original Repulse Bay Hotel shines through in the Reading Room's tasteful décor, including a grand fireplace and chandelier, and original memorabilia from famous authors such as Ernest Hemingway and Martha Gellhorn.
