Security and Safety Manager

Since joining in 2007, The Repulse Bay has been my second home. I began as a Security Officer and have steadily progressed to my current role as Security and Safety Manager. Throughout this journey, one thing has never changed; my commitment to safeguarding our tenants and colleagues to ensure an ongoing legacy.

Over the years, I’ve contributed to numerous security system upgrade projects to create seamless and reassuring environments for our tenants. Security isn’t just about protocols, it’s about people.

Eighteen years in, I’m still learning, and still inspired by the people surrounding me. The Repulse Bay isn’t just where I work, it’s where I’ve built a career rooted in purpose and pride.

Since joining in 2009, my journey from Hostess to Events Manager has been one of continuous growth and discovery. The company’s empowering culture has shaped my professional path and perspective.

A standout moment was receiving a heartfelt thank-you from a wedding couple on stage, “We couldn’t have made it without you”, after a challenging planning process. I also led The Repulse Bay’s first wedding showcase with great collaboration and results, marking the beginning of our open day journey and revealing the deep emotional impact these events can carry.
