Welcome Spring with a newly launched afternoon tea at The Verandah — a seasonal celebration inspired by the freshness, fragrance and gentle elegance of lemon trees in the garden at The Repulse Bay.


Drawing inspiration from the lemon trees surrounding The Complex, our talented Pastry Chef has thoughtfully crafted a collection of citrus‑forward delights. Bathed in radiant golden‑yellow hues inspired by fresh lemons, the afternoon tea captures the brightness and refreshing spirit of spring.

Highlights include a beautifully balanced Calabria lemon meringue tart, lemon infused panna cotta and Paris-Brest, complemented by signature dried cranberry scones with garden lemon, served with vanilla jam and clotted cream.
