The Verandah proudly unveils a next-level Sunday full-buffet brunch, elevated further by The Verandah’s iconic seaview setting.
The enhanced brunch presents a more international spread with a refined Southeast Asian focus. New highlights include a dedicated curry station showcasing flavours from different regions of Southeast Asia, featuring dishes such as Pan Seared Barramundi in Thai Yellow Curry, Chicken Tikka, and more. Complementing this is a carving station offering a rotating selection of beef, chicken, lamb and gammon ham, with signature highlights including U.S. Angus Beef Striploin and French Pyrenees Baby Lamb Shoulder Ballotine, among other chef selected specialties.
Further treat yourself to an indulgent seafood feast featuring steamed lobster, snow crab legs, and sashimi station. Be sure to save room for our spectacular dessert selection, highlighted by a live crepe station serving freshly made, warm crepes to order, alongside beautifully crafted pastries and an array of luxurious chocolate creations that taste even more exquisite than they look.
