Healthy Seasonal Fair - Asparagus Specialties
Asparagus, one of the most nutritionally balanced vegetables, is presently in peak season. From now until 11 May, the finest green asparagus from the United States and white asparagus from France make perfect dishes to enjoy when looking for something fresh and healthy.

Three-course set menu at $588
Including an appetiser, a main course and a Grand Marnier souffle
Four-course set menu at $688
Including an appetiser, soup, a main course and a Grand Marnier souffle
A la carte menu is also available.

served with a lemon sabayon and white onion confit

Mother's Day and Father's Day Brunch
Celebrate Mother's Day and Father's Day with your beloved family members whilst enjoying the best Sunday Brunch in town at The Verandah. It features an array of deluxe fare including Alaskan king crab legs, scallop and prawn ceviche, ocean-fresh seafood, meaty and juicy oysters, sashimi, carving of the day and cook-to-order main courses at your choice.  Together with all home-made desserts and a variety of delicious souffles or crepes prepared à la minute - always a great way to finish up!  The New Orleans Band will definitely add mood to the day.

Asian Barbecue Buffet Dinner
The ever popular Asian Barbecue Buffet Dinner will be available again from 15 March until 10 May.  Barbecue favourites will be served along with Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Indonesian delicacies.  Simply irresistible.  Prices at $358 / $179 per adult / child. 

Golden Triangle Promotion
The Golden Triangle is an area of around 350,000 sq km that overlaps the mountains of four countries of Southeast Asia. Explore the mysterious Golden Triangle by sampling authentic Burmese, Vietnamese, Thai and Cambodian cuisines in Spices in May and June.  Savour crispy spiced soft shell crab with pomelo and mizuna salad, deep-fried prawns wrapped in rice vermicelli, cha-ca monk fish with turmeric and dill, garnished with egg noodles, braised pork spare ribs cooked with cumin, lemongrass green curry, bamboo shoots and basil leaves, and much more.
